## Deine Aufgaben:

Als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) bist Du für die Betreuung und Überwachung onkologischer, teils schwerkranker Patient:innen verantwortlich:

  • Individuelle Pflegeplanung und -durchführung
  • Umsetzung ärztlicher Maßnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team
  • Beratung, Dokumentation und Praxisanleitung

## Deine Skills & Stärken:

  • Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger / GKP (m/w/d), Krankenschwester (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) mit in Deutschland abgeschlossener oder anerkannter Berufsqualifikation ist zwingend Voraussetzung
  • Vorerfahrungen im Bereich der Onkologie und / oder der Pflege in einem Krankenhaus sind von Vorteil
  • Interesse an regelmäßigen fachspezifischen Weiterqualifizierungen
