  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • ✓ Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • ✓ Krankenbeobachtung und Symptomkontrolle
  • ✓ ganzheitliche palliativen Versorgung
  • Dein Profil:
  • ✓ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau, Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder Krankenschwester (m/w/d)
  • ✓ Erfahrung in der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • ✓ Sicher in Krankenbeobachtung und Symptomkontrolle
  • ✓ Interesse an ganzheitlicher palliativer Versorgung
  • ✓ Wünschenswert: Zusatzausbildung in Palliative Care oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu erlangen
  • ✓ Einfühlsamer Umgang mit Menschen in der letzten Lebensphase
  • ✓ Teamgeist, Empathie und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
