Als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) im 12-Stunden-Dienst unterstützt Du auf Station unter anderem bei folgenden Aufgaben:

  • #Patientenversorgung in der Grund- und Behandlungspflege, Schwerpunktmäßig in den Fachbereichen Neurologie, fachübergreifende Intensivmedizin, Orthopädie/Querschnitt#
  • #unsere Patienten sind überwiegend multimorbit und teilweise im Zweiorganersatzverfahren behandelt, hier ergeben sich facettenreiche Pflegeaufgaben für Dich#
  • #Unterstützung beim Weaning vom Respirator und Trachealkanüle nach strukturierter Einarbeitung#
  • #Pflegedokumentation und Pflegeplanung und die Umsetzung pflegediagnostischer Prozesse#
  • #eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und Begleitpersonen#
  • #wir leben kurze Kommunikationswege, Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen#
  • #Ausbau der Digitalisierung- enge Einbindung unserer Mitarbeiter in verschiedene Projekte#
