Ihre Aufgaben:

  • selbstständiges, verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Strukturierung des Arbeitsumfeldes in Abstimmung mit der Wohnbereichsleitung
  • Durchführung von pflegerischen Maßnahmen
  • Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses nach den aktuell gültigen Pflegestandards
  • digitale Dokumentation und Kommunikation
  • Versorgung nach ärztlichen Verordnungen, z. B. Injektionen, Verbände, Medikamentenabgabe
  • Kontaktpflege und Beratungsgespräche mit Bewohner:innen und deren Angehörigen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, Ärzten sowie Aufsichtsbehörden
  • Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Dienstbesprechungen und Fortbildungen
