## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pflege und Betreuung nach individuellen Plänen und aktuellen Standards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und Kolleg:innen
  • Unterstützung bei der Alltagsgestaltung der Bewohner:innen
  • Beratung von Kolleg:innen und enge Abstimmung mit Angehörigen
  • Dokumentation und Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustands

## Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (Altenpflege, Krankenpflege oder vergleichbar)
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Erste Berufserfahrung ist willkommen, aber kein Muss
