Für unseren ambulanten Pflegedienst in Berlin-Moabit suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit .

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Durchführung ärztlich verordneter Maßnahmen
  • Fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation
  • Pflegeplanung und Evaluation
  • Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Klientinnen und Klienten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Angehörigen und weiteren an der Pflege beteiligten Personen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten im Rahmen des Homeoffice-Tages

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann, Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
