Für eine Flüchtlingseinrichtung in Karlsruhe suchen wir Dich für die gesundheitliche Versorgung der Bewohner. Die Einrichtung ist ein besonderer Schutzraum für hilfsbedürftige Personen, zum Beispiel Schwangere, Menschen mit Behinderung oder chronisch Kranke.

Als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle für die Bewohner der Einrichtung. Durch einen großzügigen Betreuungsschlüssel hast Du dabei die Zeit für eine echte und individuelle Betreuung.

  • Gehalt 3.500 bis 4.000 € brutto monatlich (je nach Qualifikation)
  • Zuschläge für Nacht (25%), Wochenende (50%) und Feiertage (50%) plus Einspringprämie
  • 50 € Arbeitgeberzuschuss zur Zusatzrente
  • 29 Urlaubstage
  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Du nimmst Patienten auf und führst Erstuntersuchungen durch
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner bei gesundheitlichen Beschwerden
  • Du hilfst bei Behandlungen und gehst den Ärzten zur Hand
  • Du bereitest die Medikamente vor und gibst sie aus
  • Du koordinierst die Termine und Behandlungen
  • Du pflegst die Dokumentationen im System
  • Dein Profil
  • Ausbildung in der Pflege, z.B. als Pflegefachmann/-frau, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in (GuK), Krankenschwester/Krankenpfleger oder Altenpfleger/in
  • Du arbeitest gern mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Herkunft
  • Erfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege oder Erstversorgung von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und gern eine Fremdsprache, z.B. Englisch, Arabisch, Kurdisch, Ukrainisch oder Russisch
