# Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in der Sozialstation

Für unsere AWO-Sozialstation in Syke-Barrien suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt unbefristet eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (20-30 Std./W.).

Aufgabengebiet:

  • Durchführung einer bedarfsgerechten, pflegerischen Versorgung entsprechend der sozialen, kulturellen und gesundheitlichen Bedürfnisse der Kund\*innen
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des vorhandenen Pflegekonzeptes und des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
  • eigenständiges Handeln im Rahmen der Pflege
  • kund\*innenorientierter, flexibler Einsatz

Unsere Vorstellungen:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte\*r Altenpfleger\*in, Gesundheits- u. Krankenpfleger\*in, Gesundheits- u. Kinderkrankenpfleger\*in oder Pflegefachfrau bzw. -mann
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Fortbildungen
  • Fähigkeit zum kundenorientierten Umgang mit Kund\*innen und Angehörigen
  • Flexibilität, Kooperationsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
  • EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Identifikation mit dem Leitbild der AWO
