  • staatlich anerkannter Abschluss der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
  • mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Altenpflege von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich des Qualitätsmanagements
  • Kenntnisse bei Erstellung der Pflegedokumentation anhand der Strukturierten Informationssammlung (SIS)
  • sicheres Auftreten verbunden mit Kommunikationsstärke
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
  • Durchführung der Pflegevisiten und Beratungsgespräche
  • Erbringung der Leistungen aus dem Bereich der Behandlungspflege
  • Erstellung der Pflegedokumentation nach den neusten Standards (SIS)
  • Unterstützung bei der Realisierung des Qualitätsmanagements
