Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) mit dreijähriger Ausbildung
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Durchführung von Pflege- und Betreuungsmaßnahmen nach den individuellen Bedürfnissen unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
- Unterstützung bei der Alltagsbewältigung und Förderung der Selbstständigkeit
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und Umsetzung der geltenden Hygienevorschriften
- Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Empathie im Umgang mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Alten- und Krankenpflege von Vorteil
