Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der grundpflegerischen Maßnahmen nach dem Pflegeversicherungsgesetz
  • Durchführung der Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Verordnung
  • eigenständige Erledigung übertragener Aufgaben
  • Bereitschaft zur Mitwirkung an qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen

Sie verfügen über:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/-in oder Altenpfleger/-in oder Krankenschwester/-pfleger
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten und zum Arbeiten im Team
  • Flexibilität und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • ein großes Einfühlungsvermögen in die Belange unserer Patienten/-innen und deren Angehörige
  • soziale Kompetenz und Integrationsfähigkeit
