### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Versorgung unserer Bewohner\*innen durch eine bedürfnisorientierte Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Erstellung, Umsetzung und Evaluation individueller Pflegepläne
  • Medikamentenmanagement und Wundversorgung auf Basis ärztlicher Verordnungen
  • Fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation
  • Begleitung und Beratung von Bewohner\*innen und deren Angehörigen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegekonzepts
  • Anleitung und Unterstützung von Pflegehilfskräften und Auszubildenden

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Altenpfleger\*in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger\*in)
  • Pflegerisches Grundverständnis und (erste) Erfahrung in der Altenpflege
  • Bereitschaft zu Fort- und Weiterbildung
  • Empathie, Teamgeist und Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Deutschkenntnisse
