Wir stellen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Pflegefachfrau, einen Pflegefachmann beim Ambulanten Pflegezentrum Nord ein in Voll-oder Teilzeit. 
Du bringst mit:
- eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft
- einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Freude und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Menschen
- Neugierde und Interesse an Fort-und Weiterbildung
