Wir suchen examinierte Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit – für unsere bestehenden Wohnbereiche sowie für einen neu entstehenden, frisch sanierten Bereich. 🫵

Im neuen Wohnbereich haben Sie die Möglichkeit, von Anfang an mitzuwirken und Abläufe aktiv mitzugestalten. In den bestehenden Bereichen bringen Sie Ihre Erfahrung ein und sorgen für eine hochwertige Pflege. 🚀

✅ Gehalt\*: P7, Stufe 3: 4.670,89 € (brutto) bei Vollzeit inkl. Zulagen und Zuschlägen.

\*Aufgrund von Feiertags-, Sonntags- und Nachtarbeit kann der Betrag abweichen. Unsere Jahressonderzahlung ist dabei anteilig auf die Monate umgerechnet und wird vollständig im November ausgezahlt.

▶ Deine Aufgaben:

  • 📌 Durchführung von pflegerischen Tätigkeiten gemäß den Bedürfnissen der Bewohner
  • 📌 Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege, Mobilisation und Ernährung
  • 📌 Verabreichung von Medikamenten nach ärztlicher Anweisung
  • 📌 Dokumentation von Pflegeprozessen und Beobachtungen
  • 📌 Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachkräften und Angehörigen

▶ Dein Profil:

  • 📎 Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft
  • 📎 Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • 📎 Empathie und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patienten und Angehörigen
  • 📎 Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • 📎 Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
  • 📎 Erfahrung im Bereich der Altenpflege von Vorteil
