Wir, das Team von A-Pit sind ein eingesessener, ambulanter Pflegedienst in Frankfurt-Bockenheim. Für unser etabliertes Team suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung in Vollzeit als examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) .

đź’Ľ Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fachgerechte und wertschätzende Pflege unserer Klient\*innen
  • Planung, DurchfĂĽhrung und Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse
  • UnterstĂĽtzung der Pflegedienstleitung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Ansprechpartnerin fĂĽr Pflegekräfte, Klientinnen und Angehörige
  • gängige Tätigkeiten aus dem Berufsspektrum Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

👩‍⚕️ Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft (Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, Altenpflege oder vergleichbar)
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung
  • Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Deutschkenntnisse
