Für unseren Standort in Diedorf suchen wir eine examinierte Pflegefachkraft (w/m) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (ab 20 Std.).

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört unter anderen:

  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Dokumentation, Kommunikation mit Ärzten, Physiotherapeuten, Ergotherapeuten, usw.
  • Betreuung der Bewohner nach anerkannten pflegewissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen
  • Organisation
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an internen Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen und Fortbildungen

Wir wünschen uns:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
  • Schichtdienst (Nachtdienst ist nicht zwingend nötig)
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sensibilität für die Bedürfnisse von Senioren
