Der Pflegedienst Nagorsen ( Nachbarschaftliche Altenpflege und Geriatrisch Offene Rehabilitation für SENioren ) verfolgt das Ziel, pflegebedürftige Menschen in ihrem Alltag so zu begleiten und zu unterstützen,dass ihre Eigenständigkeit gewahrt und ihre Würde respektiert wird.

Ziel und Aufgabe unseres Pflegedienstes ist die Pflege und Vermittlung hauswirtschaftlicher Versorgung alter, kranker und pflegebedürftiger Menschen in ihrer häuslichen Umgebung. Wir versorgen Pflegebedürftige aller Altersgruppen.Schwerpunkte der pflegerischen Versorgung liegen im Bereich der Krankenpflege (SGB V) und der Pflege nach dem Pflegeversicherungsgesetz (SGB XI).

Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/innen mit PKW-Führerschein.

Die Arbeitszeit kann individuell vereinbar werden: Vollzeit, Teilzeit oder auf Minijob-Basis.
