### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Pflegeeinsätzen nach SGB V und SGB XI
  • Fachgerechte Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse
  • Unterstützung bei Neuaufnahmen und Pflegevisiten
  • Kommunikation mit Ärzten, Angehörigen und Therapeuten
  • Anleitung und Einarbeitung neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen

### Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Altenpfleger/in oder Pflegefachfrau/-mann
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Russisch-/ und Deutschkenntnisse (wünschenswert)
