  • Pflege- und Betreuungsprozess und führst diesen durch. trägst aktiv
  • zur Qualitätsverbesserung bei. Profil Du bist genau unser Mensch,
  • weil Du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d),
  • Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • mitbringst. über aktuelle pflegefachliche Kenntnisse verfügst. genau
  • wie wir, stets einen respektvollen Umgang mit älteren und
  • pflegebedürftigen Menschen pflegst. als Teamplayer überzeugst,
  • kommunikativ bist und bestens mit MS-Office vertraut bist. Wir bieten
