Unser familiär geführter, mobiler Pflegedienst in Heidelberg hat sich auf die Versorgung von Patient*innen mit parenteraler Ernährung spezialisiert. Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und 💜 herzliche Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger*in (m/w/d).

  • Ihr Einsatzgebiet:
  • Sie betreuen unsere Patient\*innen in verschiedenen Heidelberger Stadtteilen, unter anderem in Handschuhsheim, Weststadt, Wieblingen und Pfaffengrund .

  • Einsätze morgens und abends – kein Schichtdienst 😊

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger\*in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in .. (m/w/d)
  • Empathisches Auftreten und Freude an der Arbeit im ambulanten Bereich
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerschein Klasse B
