Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einem ambulanten Pflegedienst, suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit (40h/Woche oder auch in Teilzeit (ab 6 Uhr) in Direktanstellung Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d).

Aufgaben sind:

  • Betreuung von pflegebedürftigen Menschen in deren häuslicher Umgebung
  • Durchführung von Grundpflege (Körperpflege, Ernährung, Mobilität), Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Verordnung (z.B. Medikamentengabe usw.)
  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege im häuslichen Umfeld der Patienten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und Angehörigen
  • Anleitung zur Unterstützung von Pfelgehilfskräften und Auszubildenden
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Behandlungspflege: Verabreichung von Medikamenten, Blutdruck- und Blutzuckermessung etc.
  • Dokumentation: Sorgfältige Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen und des Gesundheitszustandes der Patienten

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Krankenschwester/ -pfleger (m/w/d), Kinderkrankenschwester/-pfleger (m/w/d), Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Berufskenntnisse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Level B2)
  • Führerschein Klasse B (ein Auto stellen wir Ihnen aus unserem Fahrzeug-Pool zur Verfügung
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Früh- und Spätschicht abwechselnd und alle 14 Tage Wochenende-dafür dann unter der Woche 2 Tage frei
