Im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung suchen wir eine freundliche Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit in Nossen.

Aufgaben:

  • individuelle und ganzheitliche Betreuung sowie die Grund- und Behandlungspflege der Bewohner
  • medizinischen Betreuung in Form von Medikamentengabe, Wundbehandlung und Körperpflege sowie die Dokumentation der Pflegebehandlungen
  • Ansprechpartner für die Bewohner, Angehörige und Ärzte

Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • die Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit sowie am Wochenende
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und Leistungsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine gute Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Pkw zwingend erforderlich
