  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Du begleitest unsere Bewohner\*innen im Alltag und unterstützt ihre Selbstständigkeit, ihr Wohlbefinden und ihre Lebensqualität
  • Du führst Behandlungspflege und individuelle Maßnahmen fachgerecht durch
  • Du betreust unsere Bewohner\*innen wertschätzend auf Augenhöhe
  • Du dokumentierst sorgfältig, auch mit modernen Hilfsmitteln wie „Voize“, und hältst alle Standards ein
  • Du begleitest und unterstützt Auszubildende praxisnah, um Theorie und Praxis optimal zu verbinden
  • Was du mitbringst
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in oder Altenpfleger*in
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung in der Pflege und hast die Weiterbildung als Praxisanleiter\*in oder möchtest diese machen
  • Du arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig und gerne im Team
  • Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
