In spezialisierten Häusern mit rund 1.000 Reha-Plätzen werden jährlich ca. 20.000 Patientinnen und Patienten in den Bereichen Neurologie, Neurologische Frührehabilitation, Onkologie, Orthopädie, Innere Medizin und Geriatrie versorgt.

Aufgaben:

  • Pflege, Unterstützung und Betreuung pflegebedürftiger Bewohner:innen
  • Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Evaluation des Pflegeprozesses nach individuellen Bedürfnissen der Bewohner:innen

Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, gerne auch Berufsanfänger
  • Zusatzqualifikation von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
