## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie übernehmen die Bezugspflege und begleiten unsere Bewohner\*innen mit Fachkompetenz und Herz.
  • Sie führen medizinische Behandlungspflege sowie körperbezogene Pflege- und Betreuungsmaßnahmen eigenverantwortlich durch.
  • Sie erkennen pflegerelevante Risiken frühzeitig, beraten dazu kompetent und setzen geeignete prophylaktische Maßnahmen um.
  • Sie dokumentieren den Pflege- und Betreuungsprozess digital und nachvollziehbar.

## Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau, Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in (m/w/d). - gerne auch "jung" examiniert.
  • Pflegerische Fachkenntnisse - mit ambulanter Erfahrung von Vorteil.
  • Freude am digitalen Fortschritt sowie am selbstständigem Arbeiten.
  • Sie fahren lieber Fahrstuhl statt Auto.
  • Arbeitszeit:
  • Vollzeit, Teilzeit oder Nachtdienst
  • Eingruppierung:
  • AVR-Bayern (E8)

3.856 € - 4.411 € monatlich bei Vollzeit
