Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für unser AWO Seniorenpflegezentrum in Wittenberge.

Aufgaben:

  • Erfüllung der individuellen Wünsche und Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohner*innen
  • Selbständige Durchführung von Behandlungspflege lt. Verordnungen und Vorgaben
  • Kontaktpflege zu den Angehörigen und Betreuer*innen unserer Bewohner*innen
  • Ordnungsgemäße Pflegedokumentation und Pflegeprozessplanung
  • als diensthabende Fachkraft Organisation und Koordination des Wohnbereiches

Anforderungen:

  • Sie arbeiten gerne mit alten Menschen zusammen und sind in der Lage, sie würdevoll zu begleiten und anzuleiten
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder Pflegefachmann/-frau
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst sowie an den Wochenenden, Sonn- und Feiertagen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, persönliche Stabilität, Verschwiegenheit
  • Teamfähigkeit
