Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) – Vollzeit in Steinheim an der Murr

Für eine kleinere Pflegeeinrichtung mit 52 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern suchen wir im Rahmen der direkten Personalvermittlung zwei Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) in Vollzeit .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der professionellen Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • zuverlässige Medikamentenausgabe
  • Organisation und Steuerung des pflegerischen Alltags im Wohnbereich
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und Therapeuten
  • individuelle und wertschätzende Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte/r Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann
  • verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen

Das wird geboten:

  • Vergütung von ca. 4.300 € brutto monatlich
  • Weihnachtsgeld bzw. Jahressonderzahlung
  • kleinere Einrichtung mit familiärer Atmosphäre
  • respektvolles und wertschätzendes Betriebsklima
  • idyllische Lage mit persönlichem Arbeitsumfeld

Die Einstellung erfolgt direkt beim Arbeitgeber – keine Zeitarbeit .
