Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin zuverlässige und nette Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) in Teilzeit .

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Grundpflege
  • Behandlungspflegerische Tätigkeiten
  • Medikamentenmanagement
  • Führen und Überwachen der Klientendokumentation
  • Beratung und Kommunikation mit Klienten, Angehörigen und Ärzten
  • Umsetzung der Expertenstandards

### Dein Profil:

  • Berufsabschluss als Pflegefachkraft
  • Patienten-, -service- und teamorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Fach- und Sozialkompetenz
  • selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
