### Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Übernahme, Beaufsichtigung und Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege
  • Durchführung prophylaktischer Maßnahmen und allgemeine Krankenbeobachtung
  • behandlungspflegerische Tätigkeiten nach Anleitung einer Pflegefachkraft
  • Führen der Pflegedokumentation und Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Beratung von pflegenden Angehörigen
  • Teilnahme an Dienst- und Fallbesprechungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Pflege: Krankenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Altenpfleger/in (m/w/d)
  • Teamfähigkeit, selbstständiges Arbeiten, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Identifikation mit den Aufgaben und Zielen der katholischen Kirche
