Beschreibung des Unternehmens: 
Wir sind ein ambulanter Pflegedienst und in Augsburg im Ulrichviertel, Bismarkviertel und im Hochfeld tätig.
Aufgabengebiet:
- Ermittlung des individuellen Pflegebedarfs, Planung der Pflegemaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung des Einrichtungskonzeptes und nach individuell vereinbartem Leistungsdesign.
- Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
- Dokumentation und Evaluation der erbrachten Maßnahmen
- Anleitung und Hilfestellung für Angehörige und andere Pflegepersonen
- Begleitung und Anleitung von Auszubildenden nach Delegation durch die Pflegedienstleitung und durch die Praxisanleitung
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
Anforderungsprofil:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Altenpfleger oder zum Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger( m/w/d)
- Zuverlässigkeit, Freundlichkeit, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Einfühlungsvermögen für die Bedürfnisse der Kundinnen und Kunden
- PKW- Führerschein
- Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit anderen Berufsgruppen
Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddienst
