Aufgabenbeschreibung:

  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege nach aktuellen pflegefachlichen Standards
  • Durchführung ärztlich verordneter Maßnahmen
  • Pflegedokumentation
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Bewohnern bzw. Patienten und deren Angehörigen

Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Führerschein von Vorteil
