Für unsere Altenpflegeeinrichtung in Bad Arolsen stellen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Teilzeit (32 h / Woche) ein:

Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) - überwiegend für den Nachtdienst - HEL (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der bestmöglichen pflegerischen und psychosozialen Betreuung
  • Erhaltung der größtmöglichen Selbstständigkeit der BewohnerInnen
  • Fachkundige Durchführung ärztlicher Verordnungen
  • Planung der Pflege
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Pflege- und Betreuungsmaßnahmen
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der Einrichtung

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben ggf. eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder als Pflegefachkraft
  • Sie sind teamfähig
  • Sie sind bereit Neues zu lernen
  • Sie arbeiten fachlich und strukturiert
  • Sie sind empathisch und qualitätsbewusst
