Für unseren Wohnhäuser und Außenwohngruppen in Lemgo und Barntrup suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Pflegefachkraft, Heilerziehungspfleger/in*,* Alten- oder Krankenpflege*r/in (m/w/d)* o.ä.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Hilfen zur individuellen Basisversorgung
  • Hilfen zur alltäglichen Lebensführung
  • Hilfen zur Beziehungsgestaltung
  • Hilfen zur Freizeitgestaltung
  • Hilfen zur Teilnahme am kulturellen und gesellschaftlichen Leben
  • Hilfen zur Wahrnehmung, Kommunikation und Orientierung
  • Hilfen zur emotionalen und psychischen Entwicklung
  • Hilfen zur medizinischen Versorgung und Gesunderhaltung
  • Hilfen zur Tagesstrukturgestaltung

## Fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d), Alten- oder Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) o. ä.
  • Berufserfahrung in der stationären Wohngruppenbetreuung wünschenswert
  • Freundliches und empathisches Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
