Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

eine examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit (mind. 25 bis 40 Stunden) vorrangig im Frühdienst ab 6.00 Uhr

  • Ihre Bezahlung erfolgt im Rahmen der Tariftreueregelung nach der AVR Diakonie Bayern mit den üblichen Zeitzuschlägen, Zulagen und einer Jahressonderzahlung.
  • Das Angebot regelmäßiger Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten nach Wunsch und Bedarf ist selbstverständlich, die Kosten werden voll vom Arbeitgeber übernommen.

Ihre wesentlichen Aufgaben sind:

  • Durchführen aller anfallenden grund- und behandlungspflegerischen Erfordernisse
  • Durchführen prophylaktischer oder präventiver Maßnahmen
  • Dokumentation bei Problemen und Gefährdungssituationen
  • Erstellen und Fortschreiben der SIS und der Tagesstrukturen
  • Aktive Teilnahme am Risikomanagement

Voraussetzung:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur examinierten Altenpflegerin, zur Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin, zur Pflegefachfrau oder zum Pflegefachmann
