Wir suchen ab sofort 3-jährig examiniere Pflegefachkräfte und eine Praxisanleitung in Vollzeit

Zu den Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Versorgung unserer Klienten im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Durchführung sämtlicher Pflegemaßnahmen im Rahmen der Grundpflege, sowie Behandlungspflege.
  • Dokumentation, sowie Büroarbeiten
  • Teilnahme an Dienstbesprechungen
  • Stellen von Medikamenten

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Empathie und soziale Kompetenz
  • Pflegeerfahrung
  • Teamgeist
  • Führerschein Klasse B
