## Ihre Aufgaben

Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner

Fachgerechte Durchführung ärztlicher Anordnungen und Pflegedokumentation

Aktive Mitgestaltung eines positiven, wertschätzenden Miteinanders im Team

Kommunikation mit Angehörigen und externen Partnern

## Ihr Profil

##

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Alten-, Gesundheits- oder Krankenpflege

Ausgeprägte Fachkompetenz sowie ein hohes Maß an sozialer und organisatorischer Kompetenz

Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist

Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement
