Das Team der Zentralen Notaufnahme sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt:

Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) Zentrale Notaufnahme

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im bestehenden Schichtsystem mit allen anderen Berufsgruppen im Arbeitsprozess der Zentralen Notaufnahme
  • Aufnahme und Ersteinschätzung der Notfallpatient\*innen mittels Manchester-Triage-System
  • Mitwirkung und Assistenz bei der Diagnostik sowie Behandlung in der Akutversorgung von Notfallpatient\*innen
  • Professionelle pflegerische Versorgung von Notfallpatient\*innen auf universitärem Niveau
  • Administration von Untersuchungen, Transporten und Aufnahme von Notfallpatient\*innen
  • Dokumentation und Leistungserfassung per elektronischem Dokumentationssystem
  • Einsatz im Notfallteam (MET) der Universitätsmedizin

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit auch in Stresssituationen
  • Zuverlässigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team
  • Freude und Interesse an der Arbeit in der Akut- & Notfallversorgung
  • Sicheres Auftreten und empathischer Umgang mit Patienten, Angehörigen und Kolleg\*innen
  • Interesse an Fort- und Weiterbildung
