  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du pflegst und betreust unsere Bewohner:innen individuell,
  • führst ärztliche Verordnungen durch.
  • Du dokumentierst die Pflegeprozesse,
  • arbeitest mit den Angehörigen und Kolleg:innen zusammen.
  • Du bringst deine Ideen ein und gestaltest unsere Pflegequalität aktiv mit
  • Du bringst mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/-mann (generalistisch), Altenpfleger*in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in (oder gleichwertig)
  • Empathischer und respektvoller Umgang mit Bewohner*innen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Freude an einer professionellen und modernen Pflege
