## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung von Pflegeprozessen durch Pflegeplanungen und Pflegedokumentation nach SIS.
  • Durchführung aktivierender Grund- und Behandlungspflege von hilfsbedürftigen älteren Menschen und die Betreuung unserer Bewohner\*innen.
  • Beratung in Gesundheits- und Ernährungsfragen als auch in sozialen Angelegenheiten und die Förderung der Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen.

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft
  • Sensibilität, um die Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohner\*innen in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen.
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Kommunikations-, Kritik- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Interesse von Bewohner\*innen und Kolleg\*innen.
  • Den Willen zu lernen und die Gabe, Wissen zu vermitteln.
