Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Leitungs- und Pflegeteam
  • Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen und Telefonaten
  • Kommunikation mit Kund\*innen, Angehörigen und Kooperationspartner\*innen
  • Verwaltung von Dokumenten und Pflegeunterlagen
  • Termin- und Büroorganisation
  • Allg. administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Versorgung Pflegebedürftiger Personen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft/ Medizinischen Fachangestellten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Anwendung gägniger Office.Produkte
  • Teamfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
