Wir suchen eine Praxisanleitung für Auszubildende in der Pflege (m/w/d) im Ambulanten Pflege- und Betreuungsdienst in Voll- oder Teilzeit, unbefristet

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Praxisanleitung für die Auszubildende: Anleitung und fachliche Bewertung von Auszubildenden, Vorbereitung auf Prüfungen, Kooperation mit den Pflegeschulen, Durchführung von Zwischengesprächen, Sicherstellung der Ausbildungsqualität
  • Medizinische Behandlungspflege und Pflegeleistungen nach SGB V bzw. XI
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagements
  • Beratung von Patienten\*innen und Angehörigen

Wir erwarten:

  • Examen als Altenpfleger*in oder Gesundheits- u. Krankenpfleger*in, mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege
  • Zusatzqualifikation Praxisanleitung, idealerweise Erfahrung in der Anleitung
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Empathie
  • Positive Grundeinstellung zu den Werten, Zielen und Aufgaben der Caritas
  • Führerscheinklasse B
