Wir suchen ab sofort für die Anleitung und Unterstützung junger Klient\*innen im ambulant betreuten Wohnen in eigenen Appartements in Ahrensburg-Wulfsdorf eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für den Tag- und Nachtdienst.
- Du bringst mit:
- entsprechende fachliche Qualifikation (insbesondere außerklinische Intensivpflege)
- soziale Kompetenz
- Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Engagement, Teamfähigkeit, Humor
- Flexibilität
