Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege gemäß ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Unterstützung bei der Alltagsbewältigung und Förderung der Selbstständigkeit der Bewohner
  • Planung, Dokumentation und Evaluation der Pflegeprozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und Angehörigen
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Mitwirkung bei internen Fortbildungen und Teambesprechungen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • Fachliche Kompetenz in Pflegeplanung und -Dokumentation
  • Empathie, Geduld und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
