DEIN EINSATZ

  • Begleitung, Förderung und Pflege von Menschen mit Hilfebedarf
  • Steuerung der Pflegeprozesse
  • Führen der EDV-Dokumentation
  • Sicherstellung der medizinischen Behandlungen
  • Beratung und Anleitung der Bewohner\*innen und deren Angehörigen

DEIN PROFIL

  • eine staatlich anerkannte dreijährige abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Pflege
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Nachdienst (20:30 - 06:30 Uhr), sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Engagement und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • christliche Werte wie Nächstenliebe, Toleranz und Wertschätzung

DEIN VORTEIL

  • tarifliche Vergütung gemäß AVR Caritas: (Entgeltgruppe P7, Anlage 32)

  • 30 Tage Erholungsurlaub (bei einer 5 Tage-Woche), Je nach Einsatz Ausgleichstage
