MiSALiNO – Engel auf Rädern sucht ab sofort eine engagierte und zuverlässige examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für den Bereich Pflegeberatung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Pflegeberatungsgesprächen / Beratungseinsätzen nach § 37 Abs. 3 SGB XI
  • Beratung von Pflegebedürftigen und deren Angehörigen im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Einschätzung und Sicherstellung der häuslichen Pflegesituation
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Beratungsgespräche
  • Unterstützung und Beratung unserer Klientinnen und Klienten bei Fragen rund um die häusliche Pflege

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als beispielsweise:

  • Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann
  • examinierte Altenpflegerin / examinierter Altenpfleger
  • Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • Krankenschwester / Krankenpfleger
  • oder eine entsprechend anerkannte pflegefachliche Qualifikation

Ein freundlicher und respektvoller Umgang mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen sowie selbstständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten sind uns besonders wichtig.

Wir bieten

20 Stunden pro Woche , Einstieg ab sofort , eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit sowie ein freundliches und familiäres Arbeitsumfeld. Der Einsatz erfolgt insbesondere im Raum Weyhe, Stuhr, Syke und Delmenhorst .
