## Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Pflegefachkraft /Pflegefachassistent/in (m/w/d)

Unser ambulanter Pflegedienst besteht seit 29 Jahren und sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams Pflegefachkräfte oder Pflegefachassistenten (m/w/d) für die Tourenpflege im häuslichen Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Grund und Behandlungspflege
  • Pflegeplanung und Dokumentation
  • Qualitätssicherung
  • Beraten und Anleiten von Angehörigen
  • Eigeständiges Arbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Pflegefachkraft oder Pflegefachassistenz/in (APH), (KPH) oder Gleichwertiges
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege wünschenswert
