## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachpflegerische Versorgung und Überwachung von Patienten (m/w/d)
  • Früherkennung von neurologischen Veränderungen und Notfallmedizinische Erstversorgung
  • Durchführung von Monitoring- und Überwachungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit

### Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (w/m/d)
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im neurologischen Bereich oder auf einer Stroke Unit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Patienten- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
