Die AWO Pfalz ist ein Sozialwirtschaftliches Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit circa 1100 Mitarbeitern in 18 Diensten im Bereich Altenhilfe. Für unser Seniorenhaus "Alex Müller " in Kaiserslautern suchen wir ab sofort eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) als Praxisanleitung in Vollzeit.

# Pflegefachkraft / Praxisanleiter (m/w/d) (m/w/d)

## WIR WÜNSCHEN UNS:

  • ein abgeschlossene staatlich anerkannte Altenpflege- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeausbildung / Pflegefachmann / Pflegefachfrau
  • Mindestens 2-jährige Berufserfahrung in der Altenpflege
  • Abgeschlossene Fort- bzw. Weiterbildung zum/zur Praxisanleiter/in
  • Motiviertes Arbeiten und kreatives Handeln
  • Kenntnis der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen die für die Ausbildung und die Pflege gelten
  • Kenntnis von Moderations- und Präsentationstechniken
  • Kenntnisse des rheinland-pfälzischen Lehr- und Rahmenplans sowie der relevanten Ausbildungs- und Prüfungsverordnungen

  • Leistungsgerechte Vergütung nach Tarifvertrag AWO Pfalz Entgeltgruppe 8a - Grundgehalt (bei einer 39 Std./Woche) ab 4.192,96 Euro inkl. Pflegezulage
