Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Praxisanleiter (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit, gerne auch mit der Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung die wir organisieren würden.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Anleitung der Auszubildenden der Einrichtung, sowie externen Auszubildenden im Rahmen der generalistischen Ausbildung;
- Organisation der Praxisanleitertage und Schulungen;
- Grund- und Behandlungspflege
- Organisation der Schichtleitung
- Arztkontakte
- MDK-Einstufungen
- Angehörigenkontakt
- Dokumentation
- Erstellung von Pflegeplanungen, Risiken und weiterer relevanter Daten
- Umgang mit PC
