  • Ausbildung zum Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Pflegefachmann (m/w/d) oder Altenpfleger (m/w/d)

  • ein leistungsgerechtes Einkommen nach Entgeltgruppe P7 Anlage 31 AVR Caritas von mindestens 3.510,30 EUR brutto monatlich bei Vollzeit (je nach Qualifikation)
  • eine (Wechsel-)Schichtzulage von bis zu 250 EUR brutto monatlich bei Vollzeit
  • eine Zulage i.H.v. 25 EUR brutto und eine Pflegezulage i.H.v. 141,82 EUR brutto monatlich bei Vollzeit sowie diverse Zeitzuschläge
  • eine zusätzliche Jahressonderzahlung i.H.v. 86 % des monatlichen Bruttolohns im Monat November
  • ein Leistungsentgelt i.H.v. 2,00 % des Jahreseinkommens im Monat Januar des Folgejahres
